I still have a few videos from the old steem days! They get zero engagement! They never did get any traction?
I do have my Hive link on my YT landing page so that those who take an interest in my content can find Hive easily and I do get a lot of traffic to my channel.
I'd rather have people find Hive that way and via twitter rather than schilling. I find that schilling crypto just turns people off?

It can be hard to get the right pitch for selling the idea of this blockchain stuff. Don't want people to thing it's some kind of 'ponzi' or that they will get rich quick, but a lot could benefit from it. I am not going to keep pushing friends to join. Many are aware of it anyway.

Once the channel is qualified again I won't be bothered about sub counts either. My subs account for less than 2% of my watch time but we need those first 1,000. It's a bit nuts? 😋👍 @adetorrent
Done, I've been trying to build my YT channel as well recently, but tbh I don't know how much I can earn from it. I feel like I'm setting a target for my self for the sake of setting a target...

My channel will be reviewed for monetization. Like millions of people on YouTube my channel was taken out of the Partner program because YT changed the rules!?
Each channel now needs 4,000 hours of watch time in the last 365 days plus 1,000 subscribers.
