We made microwave cheese at home purely by accident and it tasted just fine. I was intending to heat up some milk for a coffee and somehow turned it into cheese? We guessed that the cup must have had a trace of lemon juice or something else which the milk reacted with?
Anyhow it tasted just like any other soft white cheese which was amazing.
Quite a fun experiment! I will have to try that. Like doing scrabbled egg in a cup in a minute in the micro. Fun stuff!
