Well, I thought that I could wrap it all up in this video like; how did it all start? What did I change? What’s my diet and did I go to the gym etc… well, these were the most common question that friends, family members and followers asked. 😊

Yeah, I didn't really look into it. Now we are literally doing everything fresh. It consumes a lot of time, but we aren't watching any Tv, etc, we use that time to work on our business and to prepare meals (well my husband is making the most, because he really likes to cook😬) Anyway it's fantastic I hoped to motivate some people here, but most people are looking great as you do... there aren't many overweighted people on Steemit haha, I guess it is because it is too much drama here 😂
