我大概是没看明白。钱怎么花效率最高，就是花自己的钱做自己的事，风险自担。想从worker拿钱，肯定很多人反对。钱锁在系统里，由别人决定怎么花，没几人愿意干。调控就不说了，现在理事会冷清的很，平时根本没人在线。

感觉你脑子有点浆糊呀，你是不是玩BTS的。我都有点想踩了。 “资产可提余额”，你是说银行账户余额吗？流动资金不够，人家不会去借贷吗？内盘准备金够不够，这个大家都看的到，抵押率放低一点，就可以多借点出来，实在不够的话，还能砸盘嘛。再说了，承兑都是一锤子买卖，一手交钱一手交货，交易完了，别人跑路对你钱包里的资产有什么影响？…

内盘还很淡，交易不活跃。我想最后还是以OPEN这种类型出现，私人的肯定少，只会在私人的圈子内流行。
