Black beans was introduced to me by a neighbor, she said is very good for our health, blah blah blah.......
To make sure of what she told me, I decided to make my research on it. I found out that it does more than what she told me.
Black beans contains fibre, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B1, copper, manganese, protein etc.
It does many wonders to the body -
It improves cardiovascular health.
It prevents cancer due to its high level of antioxidant..
It improves digestion and prevent constipation.
It makes the body to be strong and energetic.
I've really learnt something from my neighbor.
Now I know what black beans is all about, I'll give it a try.
