こんばんは。タイトルのアダム・ドライバーですがこれでピンとこない人でも「スターウォーズ」のカイロ・レン役の人と言えばあーと思われる方も多いのでは。その彼はどうもそうそうたる監督たちと仕事をしてきて注目されて、オスカーに近い俳優と言われているようですが、この記事を読んで納得しました。

主役最新作でチェ・ゲバラと並ぶキューバ革命の実在の英雄を演じるそうです。ジェフ・ニコルズ監督、『Yankee Comandante（原題）』。
これがアメリカ映画にとってどれほどの挑戦か。そんな大事な映画にアダム・ドライバー。彼の活躍ぶりに注視していこうと思いました。スターウォーズの新三部作もあまり観たいと思っていませんでしたが、彼の演技見たさに観てみようとなりました。
