Keep in sync with your body's natural sleep-wake cycle.
Have you been feeling a little burnt out?
It could be that you need to tune in with your natural rhythms

Keeping a regular sleep-wake cycle will leave you feeling more refreshed than if you sleep the same number of hours at different times.

Try to go to sleep and wake at the same time everyday. This helps set your body's internal clock and optimize the quality of sleep.
Avoid sleeping in
sounds counter intuitive, I know, but avoid sleeping in, even on weekends. The more your weekend/weekday sleep schedules differ, the worse the symptoms you'll experience. If you need to make up for a late night, opt for a daytime nap instead of disturbing your sleep cycle.
Limit your napping to 15-30 minutes. This will prevent the body from getting out of rhythm, but still allow for you to catch up on some rest if you are feeling tired.
Owh nooo... Not sleeping in on weekends?! That’s what I do each weekend 😂
Last sunday I had a post about taking a nap at daytime: https://partiko.app/@lion200/just-took-a-nap-of-2-hrs-now-what-fkooshfe?referrer=lion200
And did this nap take me out of the rhythm?? Yes it did 😂
I will try your tip to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday. Let’s see if I can do it :)

Fully in accordance with your recommendations in relation to maintaining the sleep cycle. I agree with the nap, as long as you say it is short, because if it is too long there are people who can get up in a bad mood. Sleeping enough also for me is the basis of good health.
