
NAME OF FOOD: AFANG SOUP WITH GARRI.
Steps in Preparing It:
- Select the afang leaves.
- Wash and dry the afang leaves with clean water.
- Slice the afang into shred.
- Select water leaves and trim off the flowers and cut the stems.
- slice the waters leaves into shreds.
- Pound the afang to attain a level of viscosity ( to be smooth and sticky)
- steam The meat, fish, stockfish and perewingle to sof t, add salt, Maggie, pepper to taste.
- Add the water leaf to the steeming pot.
- Add Palm oil.
- At boiling point, add the Afang leave and turn the content of the pot to mix well.
- After two minutes bring down the pot of soup, and dish for eating.
- Boil water, at boiling point, mix Garri with the boiled water

- MAGGIE
