It's Friday night, the work week ends. Estamos en la noche del viernes, termina la semana laboral. He tenido un día tranquilo, pero estoy un poco lento con las cosas, trabajé un poco en una traducción que me mandaron por correo, revisé algunos posts de amigos en varias redes y, aunque busqué sobre la efeméride de la #Historia para hoy, he dejado ya para el final la redacción del registro del día. La versatilidad de la preparación lleva a que se puede tener muy diversos tipos de platillos, desde los que son completamente vegetarianos, a los que combinan maravillosamente carnes y vegetales frescos, acompañados de salsas diversas que aportan sabores y especies a cada bocado. También hay que decir que si bien se acostumbra por este lado del mundo que los sándwiches se hacen con pan de molde (pan cuadrado en lonjas), se puede preparar con cualquier #pan que se pueda rellenar con los ingredientes que se deseen.
Ahora que lo pienso, me está dando abre, así que debería publicar de una vez para ir a la cocina y preparar algo de comer, quizás sería buena idea celebrar este viernes por la noche comiendo un buen sándwich. Así que, me despido, deseándote que tú estés bien y que nos podamos leer de nuevo en otra oportunidad.
