Sign up, install Chrome extension to manage the wallet, link your Twitter and Steem account and earn extra tokens for the content you publish anyway on Steem and/or Twitter.
For a good start you will get extra 50 Snax (well, I call them Snacks...) just for linking each account.
For a time being them tokens are (almost) worthless but in the future who knows? I have heard that listing Snax is in the pipeline, but for a time being I have observed some limited trading done privately on their Discord channel:
