Tonight was my martial arts night, I had a grading session over a week ago and still waiting for the results. One of my most difficult challenge is being able to relax the body, especially the shoulders and arms. I tend to tense and put too much pressure in my movement but I’m making progress.
Tension is a very regular thing with me, especially my back. I remember the physiotherapist said to me that it’s not a back that I have, it’s a wooden board.
Working on the computer all day does not help your back. But my issue is I’m still on a computer or another type of screen even after work. I’d be on the iPhone or the laptop for hours.
I started other hobbies like photography, fishing or worm farming in order to get away from screens but with the discovery of Steem I’m now going back to old habits. If I’m not writing content then I’m writing code for Steem related projects. When all seems quiet then there is a HardFork 20 that would keep you awake late lol.
Anything I’m doing, I’m 100% in it and even a relaxing hobby can sometimes turn into a little bit of stress due to the will of doing it well. I’m a workaholic, I can’t stay still, I can’t spend time doing nothing, not being productive.
I need to stop taking on board new projects and take a break but it’s not easy.

Password and Private Keys security
You all know that your Steem password is the access to all your STEEM, SBD, posting, transferring, everything... right?
So, please, follow these simple steps and keep yourself safe:
- Apart from the initial setup of your account, NEVER use your password ANYWHERE, if stolen, it will give full control to your Steem account.
- Backup your password and keep it somewhere safe. Use a password manager like Lastpass, print it on paper and put it in a safe (no kidding). If you forget your password, no one can help you out.
- To login for creating content and curating, use your Private Posting Key
- To make transfers and account operations, use your Private Active Key
- To encrypt and decrypt memos, use your Private Memo Key
