Hi foodie friends, today I still have a lot of bananas in the fridge, the bananas are already very ripe guys, so instead of wasting them in vain, I will create them into delicious food that everyone in my house likes.

it's called banana agar agar that's what I usually say for this type of cake or it can also be called ripe banana pudding or what is that hehehe obviously this cake is made from bananas and agar agar as the main ingredient

I make it at night because I want to put it in the fridge overnight so that the texture of the pudding is harder and colder so that when we enjoy it it will be more delicious

well, tonight I will immediately prepare the ingredients for the pudding regarding the coconut milk. There is no stock at home, so I decided to go out for a while to look for packaged coconut milk that is sold at regular kiosks.

after I got the coconut Sanatan I started looking for agar agar and bananas in the fridge as well as granulated sugar as a sweetener as well as red syrup as a coloring because I don't use cake coloring I only use syrup for the color

Materials used

6 ripe bananas
1 pack agar agar
2 tbsp red syrup
1 pack of instant coconut milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
900 ml boiled water


Manufacturing procedure


First


first I peeled the banana and then I mashed the banana using a fork

Next, I put the banana in the pan, I also put water, coconut milk and granulated sugar and then I cooked it

agar agar and a little salt, I also didn't forget to put it in a pan and then I cooked it until it boiled.

RESULTS

this is the result of the cake, the banana agar is ready and can be enjoyed together. after I let it sit overnight in the freezer the next day I took it out of the mold and I cut it into smaller pieces

after it was served I took a picture of it and then I enjoyed it, enjoying it while it's cold like this makes me addicted to wanting to enjoy it again and again, basically, if you have very ripe bananas at home, don't forget to make this cake, I guarantee this is the best cake and can also be given to your guests when they come home
