making Snacks from Corn.

Making or serving snacks for the family always makes us happy in doing it, especially if the snacks we make are consumed in an instant, all mothers are sure to be very happy if what they cook is all finished and eaten greedily by our children and husband or other family members, such as parents or in-laws.

Who here likes corn,
I think there are many of us who like to eat corn, whether it is boiled, baked or fried, or even made into a delicious dish, and today I will make a very simple snack from corn, because instead of eating it like that, now we make the corn a little differently than usual.

In Indonesia, especially in Aceh, there are a lot of corn farmers, so if we want to eat corn, it is very easy for us to get it, like this corn I got from my neighbor, he grows corn in front of his house, every harvest they always share 5 corn cobs with their neighbors, but here to make this snack, I only use one piece of corn, because this is the first time I make a snack from this corn. It can be said that this is my first attempt, so I can't make a lot first hehehe

Materials used

1 corn (I used sweet corn)
2 tbsp chili sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt

Manufacturing procedure

First

First cut the corn into 3 parts, then further cut the corn into stalks, no need to remove the humps

Second

Fry the corn until cooked, marked by the corn hump being slightly curved.

Third

Prepare the seasoning by mixing the sauce, mayonnaise, salt and chili powder, mix until evenly distributed, then spread it on the corn that has been fried earlier.

RESULTS

My corn snack is ready, the taste of sweet corn is very palpable, plus the seasoning of sauce and mayonnaise and chili powder that makes this snack even better because it has a spicy sensation, and this is how I process corn into a super delicious snack. Once again, don't hesitate to make snacks from this corn, it's really delicious.

Next time I will make a roasted version of corn, because as I said earlier, here in my place, corn is very easy to find, because the majority in my place are farmers and gardeners, there are rarely any office workers in my village, just be aware that there are no companies in the village, yes even if there are people in my village who work in the office, they have to leave the city and live in the city,
