I hired a female several months back. Best worker, but sporadically comes so late. And the emotion you mentioned, I noticed. Still think women have a better work ethic than men.

You've probably also noticed that the less 'famous' they are, the ruder they are too. That sense of self importance that 'nobodies' have is just downright annoying.
