In my dreams I see you
clinging to me,
like a shadow in the wind,
like a subtle echo.
I don't want to talk or see you
but you,
you crouch among the people
and you come to me.
It's a play of light,
a fleeting whisper,
a latent mystery
that I can't reach.
Who are you? I ask anxiously,
without hearing your voice,
but the air tells me
that here you are, you,
my other half.
Are you dream or are you life?
Are you fear or truth?
Every night I look for you,
sacrifice and peace.
where silence is king,
I find you, stealthy,
in my dreams, again.
