  I eat low carb and I've seen this recipe around, I've never tried it because of all the eggs! It looks like it got nice and toasty though, most low carb breads don't, I might try this out :)

  If you make this, consider adding some nuts in the mixture before cooking. Chopped peanuts or almonds sound great. Make sure to calculate the calories and carbs of these too before eating!

  Next time I make this, I might go for an italian garlic-bread seasoning. Add oregano, basil, thyme, powdered onion, and garlic! I think that would make an already-tasty recipe even more glorious!
