Introduction
I am now the official Bro player for GLG and play with the @brofund account. I wanted to keep everyone aware of my progress with some blogs. Today we opened 20 more packs with Scout Passes and struck gold once again with another big pull!
New Signing!
BRO FC welcomes a brand new player to their starting lineup with the signing of midfield maestro Pablo Ruiz!
Ruiz was quick to put pen to paper on a long term deal with the club and stated he cannot wait to meet his new teammates and make his debut when Season 1 officially gets underway!
Squad Selection
With the new arrival of Ruiz, the competition for a first team place at BRO FC is really hotting up.
Scouts are still on the hunt for a new goalkeeper, so expect to see a few more changes to the squad in the coming weeks as we near the big kick-off.
Rumours have also been circulating that reserve midfielder Sebastian Driussi could now be surplus to requirements. It is not yet known if he will seek out a new club or remain at BRO FC to fight for his place in the team.
Notable Mentions
With such a strong start to this weeks pack opening (Ruiz was card 3/100) it was always going to be a tough first pack to follow and that proved to be the case. Thankfully we were able to pull a few more coach cards in addition to duplicate GF cards for both Gustavo Bou and Nouhou Tolo respectively. But in fairness I think we used up all of our luck early on!
Another Level
Having now opened a fair few packs, I am faced with the difficult dilemma of what to do with the many duplicate cards that have been stacking up over the past few weeks (a nice problem to have!) but one which will ultimately need addressing.
Should I keep them to level up in the future or should I list some on the market to re-invest back into packs? (Yes, I am slightly addicted!) I would be interested to hear your thoughts. Feel free to leave a comment below letting me know what you would do.
