  Once you have a good amount of hive power and can reward hive with your votes, those rewards don't go as far if you always vote 100%. Posted via D.Buzz

  No, because some users might accidentally vote 100% when their intention was to vote with less than that. However, I do want users to be able to change the default upvote value…
