Good night, fellow Bees of the Hive!
Here are some shots for the #treetuesday initiative by @old-guy-photos. These were captured at the Cottage Row Mini Park, a narrow passage that links the Bush Street and Sutter Street, in a residential area of San Francisco.
This is how the entrance looks like, at Bush Street's side:
The passage is narrow but large enough to drive a bike, which is an important feature for the people in San Francisco. Many bikers use this path as a shortcut between both streets.
Beautiful trees adorn the passage all the way through... 🤗
A few steps ahead the path opens and leads to a small park, appropriately named Cottage Row Mini Park. Here you can appreciate some typical Victorian houses. There's also enough room for the residents to walk their dogs.
The house construction seems to have been carefully planned as there are two sets of houses all similar to each other. At first you'll see some larger houses, like in the photo above...
When you're about to reach Sutter Street, the houses are smaller and incredibly cute.
Even though the houses are almost identical, the fact that they are painted with different colours makes them super attractive.
This is a very short path, with only 100 meters or less but it's worth a look, if you're in the vicinity.
Right ahead is a very cool spot of San Francisco. The famous Japantown begins after you cross Sutter Street, upon leaving this small passage. You don't want to miss that area, believe me. 😎
It feels like you're entering another world... 😊
This was my favourite neighbourhood of San Francisco!
