Buenos días, bien saben los que me siguen lo que es mi especialidad la que consiste en la medida que pueda de cooperara o en otros casos efectuar el trabajo solamente yo, como el de preparar este medio costillar y en otra un vacío entero, el detalle par cocinar este excelente asado, es que el fuego para el mismo, encendí el fuego con leños, pero lo hice sobre un disco de arado, el detalle es que el calor que emana para la carne es muy diferentes a otros, como también el tiempo de cocción, así que una ves que se cocina de un lado como vemos el color marrón, luego damos la vuelta dicho asador para que se termine de cocinar toda la carne.
El motivo de cocinar este rico asado, es para un cumpleaños, donde me contrataron para hacerme cargo del asado, que como pueden ver no falta mucho para comenzar a degustarlo.
