Just had these healthy food for my lunchy, so full. Have you eaten luch?

I just had these mix of lettuce salad and some boiled okra, dressing with mayonese. These are my favorite dish!

Do you know that eating lettuce can give you many health benefit. Some of it as lower cholesterol, Antioxidant, induce sleep and control anxiety.
So, if you eat salad everyday your blood must be high of Antioxident (vitaminC, lycopene, folic acid and betacarotene). Which is to protect body from damage cause by harmful molecule called free radicals.
