I think that sub-$100 manpads so decentralize air defense that even the inexpensive drones that have reshaped warfare in the last couple years become far more expensive than providing security against them. Individuals themselves, not governments, become capable of resisting death from above at fraction of the cost of liberating them by bombing them into the Stone age. This is only one technological advance of the many decentralization of the means of production are making available today.
It is examples like that have convinced me that the conquest of the world being attempted now by the ZOG forces Trump serves will fail, because the extraordinary expense of aircraft carrier strike groups cannot succeed at imposing arbitrary control of populations from the air, which has formerly been prohibitively expensive to defend against.
