Done! I appreciate the good description at that link of what is at stake, which enabled me to well consider supporting the proposal.
I suggest this reveals that rewards are poorly implemented on Hive, and that reconsideration of financial flows on Hive is necessary to enable rational investment to produce satisfactory performance of the platform by nominally supporting required development.

Fully agree with your last sentence. The rewards mechanism should be reworked as the current one is flawed.
It would be difficult for me to justify not supporting your indefatigable work to engage and encourage our community. I am not aware of anyone who so obviously has undertaken those tasks daily, every day, day in, day out, without surcease or lapse, regardless of financial reward.
