Me gusta hacer postres y son a base de cafĂ© me animo enseguida, combinar el amargo del cafĂ© con cualquier dulce es resultado es delicioso. En esta oportunidad preparĂ© un pudding con un sabor exquisito como lo es el cafĂ© sĂłlo tienes que combinar cafĂ©, con los demĂĄs ingredientes y la preparaciĂłn es delicioso, ideal para un postre para celebraciones o tambiĂ©n para merienda de la tarde en compañĂa de amigos o familiares. Por lo general, lleva leche condensada, pues no es necesario porque podemos sustituirlo con leche en polvo y un poco de azĂșcar y asĂ el amargo del cafĂ© saldrĂĄ mĂĄs intenso.

This time I prepared a pudding with an exquisite flavor as is the coffee you just have to combine coffee, with the other ingredients and the preparation is delicious, ideal for a dessert for celebrations or also for afternoon snack in the company of friends or family. It usually contains condensed milk, but it is not necessary because we can substitute it with powdered milk and a little sugar and thus the bitterness of the coffee will be more intense.

1 cucharada de maicena
1 cucharada de ron
1 taza de cafĂ© instantĂĄneo puro y sin azĂșcar
1 taza de azĂșcar

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon of rum
1 cup of pure instant coffee without sugar
1 cup of sugar
Paso a paso| Step by step.
1.- Primero preparĂ© la taza de cafĂ© instantĂĄneo, agreguĂ© dos cucharaditas de cafĂ© con una cucharada de agua mezclĂ© hasta hacer una crema, luego añadĂ la taza de agua caliente para asĂ obtener un cafĂ© expreso sin azĂșcar.
First I prepared the cup of instant coffee, I added two teaspoons of coffee with a spoonful of water and mixed until I made a cream, then I added the cup of hot water in order to obtain an espresso coffee without sugar.
2.- Para preparar el caramelo coloquĂ© en el molde que va a hacer el pudding a fuego bajo, agreguĂ© 3 cucharas de azĂșcar y una de agua, cuando este oscuro lo apaguĂ© y movĂ en cĂrculos el molde para que impregne todo el molde.

6.- Por Ășltimo, ColoquĂ© la mezcla en el molde con el caramelo y cocinĂ© en baño de MarĂa por 45 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que cuaje.

Desmoldar con ayuda de un plato, después de 20 minutos de reposo, si se pega puedes usar un cuchillo de mesa para ayudar a despejar y lo metà en la nevera y disfruté bien frio para compartirlo con mis seres queridos.
