オックステールスープ Ox tail soup
オックステールスープを作りました。オックステールスープはコラーゲンがたっぷり取れるスープです。このように5、6時間煮て、冷蔵庫に一晩入れておくと、脂とコラーゲンが層になるので、脂の部分だけそぎ取ります。そしてお水を足してさらに3、4時間煮込めば出来上がりです。わたしは臭み取りに生姜とニンニクを入れて煮ます。食べるときは、ケールやほうれん草、もやしなど好きなお
