  If I would be a programmer I would, but I am not. And I didn't say that we should not pay that. I did say that doubling the rate from a test without discussion is a very bad idea.

  Yes, indeed, I thought the same. There is no reliability and that is bad. This is not the "fault" of the volunteers, it is just how things work in a crowd of volunteers with no strict goals.
