  What Janet Yellen thinks about Bitcoin’s use case:

  Ø “It is not a stable store of value and it doesn’t constitute legal tender. It is a highly speculative asset.” Admittedly, Bitcoin is highly volatile, but all the volatility in its decade-long history resolved to the upside, and Bitcoin outperformed all other assets. Not too bad for something highly speculative. Ms. Yellen also specified where exactly Bitcoin falls short.
