오랜만에 소식을 전합니다. 그동안 회사일에 바쁘다는 핑계로 여러가지 중요한 일들을 등한시 해왔던 것 같네요.
회사를 옮겨서 새로 적응하느라 정신이 없었고 그리고 회사/개인 일정으로 시간이 쏜살같이 지나버렸네요. 일기삼아 기록을 남긴다는게 참 쉽지 않은 일인 것 같습니다.
지난 주엔 오랜만에 공장을 짓고 있는 태국 출장을 다녀왔습니다. 23년도부터 시작해서 제4공장까지 이제 착공을 하여 내년말이면 드디어 끝날 듯 합니다. 현장이 관광지로 유명한 파타야에서 가까운 덕분에 방문할 때 마다 즐거운 여행이 되었지만 이젠 그런 감사한 마음보다는 귀찮음이 앞섭니다. ㅎㅎㅎ
It’s been a while since I last shared anything here. I guess I’ve been hiding behind the excuse of being “busy with work,” and in the meantime, I ended up neglecting a lot of things that actually matter.
I changed jobs recently, and trying to settle into a new environment has been quite a ride. With work and personal schedules stacked on top of each other, time just flew by. Keeping a journal or even jotting down small updates… definitely not as easy as I thought.
Last week, I finally took another trip to Thailand to check on our factory construction. We started this whole project back in 2023, and now we’ve broken ground for the fourth plant—looks like everything might finally wrap up by the end of next year. Since the site is near Pattaya, a popular vacation spot, these trips used to feel like a mini-holiday. But these days, I have to admit… the excitement is gone and the tiredness hits first.

출장 떠나는 날 폭설이 왔다고 하더니 도로사정은 아직도 원활하지는 않은 것 같습니다. 이제 정말 겨울이 시작된 느낌이네요.

After every business trip, my wife usually makes me either Korean instant ramen or kimchi jjigae, and this time she made Kimchi Jjigae using Chef Kang Leo’s recipe (Popular Korean chef). And wow… it was seriously good. Yes, good. 😌
I heard it snowed heavily on the day I left, and it seems like the roads still aren’t fully cleared yet. It really feels like winter has officially begun.

Judging by the photos, winter has arrived, and it's quite harsh. Changing jobs isn't exactly an excuse, but we should pay a little more attention to him while he adjusts to his new work environment.
