  I have a proton email account. If you set up one of them (it is free) you can access its VPN for free on one device. It works reasonably well for a free product.

  nah binance is centralized so no seed phrases like in web3 wallets - you'd need their recovery options or support tickets to get back in, might be tough with the block tho

  Sucks about the block, but if you got your seed phrase or private keys, you can recover on a VPN or non-blocked exchange like Trust Wallet. Check local regs too - might be a way around it 🚀
