WOW!! Now this is what I call blockchain in action. Steem never ceases to amaze me. I'm actually witnessing people getting paid for having disagreements! I'm sure @ned and @dan kinda had an idea of how their technology would impact the world, but I don't think they ever imagined it would be in this particular way.
It's not a bad thing though. I mean, this is life and you get some people come to Steem and express themselves. The monetary aspect obviously motivates all kinds of behaviors. Then you get people who just come to greedily take all they can without really appreciating the beauty of what's being built here. @haejin might be abusing the system and @berniesanders really trying to get people to see this, but something else is happening.
This is exposing some of the essence of what Steem is: a place where people decide what is valuable and what is not. SO the people here means everyone. @haejin is deciding and @berniesanders is deciding, as well as the rest of the Steem community. Who is right???
From my own point of view, I'd say @haejin exhibits traits of gaming the system to an extent, even though he writes stuff and puts in some effort. @berniesanders exhibits traits of wanting to help save the platform from abuse and that is valuable.

If a lot more people had Steem Power, we would have a much better voting spread that even fraudsters wouldn't even be able to game. You can't beat a million people all downvoting your post if the total amount of Steem Power they have is more than yours. Wisdom of the crowd. I think this reflects a poor distribution of Steem Power. It's no wonder @dan feels the way he does.
