If you are speaking to Haejin. Maybe you can convince him to just post once a day for a few weeks. Then he can up that to twice a day and keep it there. That might help calm things down around here.

If we consider this assumption (which is almost like a fact, I think i did read it somewhere else), that haejin used to post 10 posts a day since day 1, whem he used to earn 0.01 per post, then it's not really fair to tell him to stop posting with the same frequency. See, if people didn't bother when he was earning 0.01, then let them fuck off when he's earning handsomely. Fuck me, I'd go on to say he deserves to earn $300+ per post now; it's because of his own hard work (unless he bought steem, well, still it's his own money invested?)
With that last logic though, even bernie's actions get justified. But bernie is the negativer one among the two. At least haejin used to rape the reward pool without sounding like a girl that's being punished in some brothel lmao.

If he will not change. The sentiment will continue. And nothing will change. And will probably just get worse.
Much like Haejin is free to do what he wants with his stake. Others are also free to do what they want with their stake. And that freedom will result in downvotes.
It now boils down to. Who's willing to downvote the longest. And it seems those in the anti Haejin crowd are willing to go the distance.
