Nah, ini dia penampakan yang lebih jelas pada Asam Sunti.

Cara membuat Asam Sunti mudah kok.

Cuma kudu telaten aja membolak-balik belimbing wuluh pas proses penjemurannya. Saya membaca ada 2 cara untuk membuat Asam Sunti ini.

Cara pertama

dengan merebus sebentar si belimbing wuluh.

Cara kedua,

langsung menjemur si belimbing wuluh. Tentu saja setelah melalui proses pencucian ya.
Untuk eksperimen ini, saya menggunakan cara pertama. Belimbing wuluh saya cuci bersih.
Kemudian saya menyiapkan air yang sudah diberi garam (secukupnya saja), kemudian air saya rebus. Ketika sudah mendidih, segera masukkan belimbing wuluh. image

Masak sebentar saja asal sudah berubah warna menjadi kecokelatan.
Angkat, Tiriskan, Proses selanjutnya, tata belimbing wuluh di atas tambir. Jemur hingga bagian atasnya mulai berkerut- kerut.
Taburi garam. Balik. Begitu seterusnya sampai belimbing wuluh kering dan menjadi Asam Sunti.
Untuk penyimpanannya, Asam Sunti ini akan lebilh awet jika dimasukkan dalam plastik dan disimpan dalam kulkas.

Jika ingin menggunakan, ambil seperlunya kemudian cuci untuk mengurangi kadar garamnya. Asam Sunti bisa digunakan utuh ataupun dipotong kecil-kecil.

Well, here comes a clearer appearance on Sunti Acid. How to make Sunti acid easy. Just kudu painstaking aja flipping through the wuluh belimbing pas pas drying process. I read there are 2 ways to make this Sunti Acid. The first way, by boiling briefly the star fruit wuluh.

For this experiment,

I use the first way

My carambola starwas washed. Then I prepare the water that has been given salt (to taste it), then my water boiled. When it boils, immediately enter the star fruit wuluh. Cook for a while as long as it has changed color to brown, Lift, Drain, The next process, the starfruit system wuluh above the tambir.
Drying up until the top is wrinkled. Sprinkle salt. Back. And so on until the belimbing wuluh dry and become Sunti Acid.For storage, Sunti Acid will be more durable if put in plastic and stored in the refrigerator. If you want to use, take as necessary then wash to reduce the salt.
Sunti acid can be used intact or cut into small pieces
