How to Process Bit Fruits

How to process the fruit bits for various benefits or properties can be spelled out just the same. Many process bits into juice, either mixed with other fruits or not. Not only processed into juice, but also can be processed into Risotto, Salad, Bit Cheese Cake, and many more. The most important is the content in the fruits is not reduced or lost.

How To Process Bit Fruit Into Juice

Necessary materials :

1. Medium beet bits

2. 2 glasses of water

3. Ice cubes secukupya only

Processing:

1. Wash the fruit bits first with running water

2. Peel the skin, cut into several pieces

3. Prepare the blender

4. Insert the pieces of the beet into the blender

5. Mix with water

6. Add ice / can if no ice (depending on your taste)
