Speak No Evil is a main quest in Assassin's Creed Odyssey in search for clues on Myrrine's whereabouts.
You are tasked to find Mydon, someone who may know where Myrrine has gone to.
Here's a short walkthrough of Speak No Evil in AC Odyssey.
The recommended level for this quest follows your character's level.
Locate Mydon at the guesthouse
Mydon is an elder priest that was involved with Myrrine many years ago. He is located at the guesthouse.
The exact location of this guesthouse is shown in the screenshot below, just above the wordings Valley of Dreams in the map.
You can enter the guesthouse from the rooftop since there are guards at the entrances.
You can choose not to engage with any of them first.

Enter the guesthouse
The next objective is to enter the guesthouse to interrogate Mydon. Personally, I sneaked past the guards and went straight for the door.
Just click on interact and a cutscene appears, involving a conversation between yourself and a slave since Mydon can't speak.
And that's about it. You are then told more about Chrysis, the woman who has been threatening all of the priests in the sanctuary.
She also happens to be one of the cultists of Kosmos.
The quest completes after the conversation. If you have not fought with the guards, you may need to do so now or perhaps just run away.
There are objectives in this place, i.e. two captains and two treasure loots.
The next quest then unlocks, where you have to look for Chrysis.
