My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2020

I’m posting yesterday’s report.

It was my first day back at work after a two week vacation. I didn’t do much during my time off. I’ve been having back pain and I still do. I got caught up on my sleep though. It’s nice to not have to wake up for a specific time and be able to go to sleep when I want to and wake up when I feel like it.

I got a decent number of steps just from doing my work. I didn’t go walking outside yesterday since it was extremely cold and everything was buried in snow. We had lots of snow on Sunday.

I don’t have much else to say, so I’ll leave it a that for now.
