건강기능식품으로 인해 건강이 꾸준히 좋아지고 있고 더불어 걷기운동을 하니 몸무게가 지속적으로 줄어들고 있네요.
걸어서 출근하고 점심먹고 걷고 걸어서 퇴근하고.
중요한건 배불리 먹으려고 하면 속이 불편해지네요.
억지로 많이 먹어도 예전만큼은 못먹습니다.
