这几天的天气都是阴天，早晚的温差也是比较大的，前几天也提前给班次说过一定要带上外套避免着凉感冒。今天在开班前会的时候看到保安部兄弟们还穿的是短袖工装，晚上肯定会冷，所以给他们说：“可以把秋装换上，如果在车场2号位的兄弟还可以把工装外套穿上，应为那就是个“风口”。怕他们多想，还没通知换装冷了就自己扛着，所以就提前给他们安排好。没有那么“死板”必须和现场一同换装，或者部门服装不统一白班穿短袖，晚班穿长袖，最起码1号位的着装是统一的，2号3号位的着装统一就行。当干部就是要多为店里兄弟姐妹们着想，也就是“后勤工作保障”，不光是安排，处理，协调，事情和人力工作等。
