As I have gotten back not the horse and started working out again I have noticed a lot of pain. I HATE the pain I am not talking about pain around being sore and working out hard. I am talking about just joint pain. I am mainly suffering in my back and knees. I want to get back to where I am feeling good.
I was able o connect with a guy that focus on knee pain and recovery without surgery.
I am going to meet with him and put together a plan for me to build up my knees and search for that pain free life.
I still have not found a back expert that I would like to work with. I will find one soon.
I have always avoided trainers. I feel like they are always trying to get you to sign up for 6 months and pay a pretty penny per hour. I did not want to lock in. I feel like a trainer is going to be with you a couple hours a week and you do not wan to get stuck with someone that drives you crazy. That is what I loved about this guy. He just wanted 1 hour to teach me as much as he can and they I could schedule him at anytime for additional hours. Winning for me.
I hope that he is easy to work with and that I can learn a lot.
