It's Brexit Eve. Well, the eve of the transition period. But a historical event none the less.

For Brexit day I shall be having several beers and training too.😸

For todays training, I finally used my elliptical trainer thing but only did around 1,000 steps on it. Also went for a 3.5 mile walk. Had planned to do weights but ran out of time.😒

Tomorrow will be weights day before beer-drinking, maybe not during beer drinking as I will spill too much.😁
