It was so cold today that I saw penguins running around complaining about the cold!😸
The cold was that horrible, humid mixed with the touch of death type cold, the kind that penetrates every cell and makes you think that you are part Snowman.😵
Gosh, I so very much dislike this weather. We've got a storm battering Scotch Land just now and it only looks like this is the beginning of its reign.
I wish the storm would f*ck right off!😔
So, today's training. Walking in the artic like weather for 3 miles and some light exercise at home. I had planned on doing weight training at my home gym but the old really got to me today.
My left arm felt like it was about to drop off... To make me feel better I had a few beers and farted away merrily.😉
