Did I step on my own footsteps from last week's Monday? Same route, same time, same day. But is everything the same? Am I still the same as before. Almost. I'm one week older than a week ago, that's for sure. So nothing is the same.

This building has changed. It has grown. Let's hope I have too. Mentally I mean.

Hopping down the stairs when changing from one class to another. Better be careful, we don't want to break out neck, do we? Why did I start talking like that? I as we? Dunno. Perhaps I wanted to patronize myself. That's always fun.

Tortured people by making them do weird and hard dance moves (not in my opinion), made people sweat, talked almost constantly in a quiet class, made people do hard moves with their core and tortured the possible muscle that may exist, made people stretch and eventually told them to leave although some didn't want to. I'm a torturer, I know. And I like it.
