Staying healthy and keeping fit should be our priority as we grow older. I agree with you, daily exercise keeps our bones stronger. I really don't know how the fitness track works, but I'll try it out. I need me some healthy bones, don't want to be fragile when I grow older🙂

That’s the point. Keep walking and do some other exercise like jogging, bycicling and swimming are simple but good things to do :)
