My Actifit Report Card: June 23 2019

Sundays are a day of rest, so I didn't do much today. They're also my cheat day on my diet, so not a whole lot good there either. Relatively restrained with the big thing being lunch (pizza, with unsweet tea) and a trip to the local donut shop, where I had two donuts. Breakfast and dinner were both relatively healthy, if eggs and bacon and a steak are healthy.

Feeling quite tired, probably because of less diligent eating. Technically, the pizza is almost on balance to be okay, since a single slice at the local shop fills me up and is about 500 calories, if my math is correct. I get a pesto chicken pizza, which is where the problem comes. Even though it helps me keep a certain balance of fat and protein to carbs, it still is a lot of grease and salt.

Dentist visit tomorrow. Fun! Actually, they usually compliment me on my oral hygiene, which is little more than brushing and flossing enough to feign diligence.

I have the appointment in the early morning, but I hope to do a walk before it.

Writing was slow today. Fortunately I've been writing ahead, so there's more stuff to put up tomorrow even if I don't write a word. @loreshapergames feels unloved, though.

Ah, I haven't had ribs in forever. I'm a little OCD about my hands getting dirty, so I'm the sort of person who eats them with a knife and fork or next to a sink or stack of hand-wipes (I've overcome the shame of this long ago), but now I'd really like some.

Well, maybe next week.
