My Actifit Report Card: July 20 2019

Hello there! It's an another day again. Early in the morning I woke up with a great mood. I'm thinking that health is wealth so I decided to start my day in a healthy way. I drunk 1 cup of water, and after a couple of minutes, I did warm up before exercising. For 10 minutes I did stretching, and another 10 minutes for cycling. Wooh, it feels tiring, but it burns some fats in my body. I got only 3,000 activity counts this day.
