I am getting fitter. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to start playing football 2x a week (as opposed to 1 x a week plus running.
The difference is quite obvious. Running around for an hour (even in the heat) does not seem to have a great negative impact anymore. I used to feel tired and stiff afterwards, but that has seem to have become less of an issue!
Truly chuffed about that! I love getting fit practicing the sport I truly love!!
