My Actifit Report Card: November 11 2019

Good evening to all dear friends of adventures!

Here I am once again sharing my report as proof of my activity today!

Today I left work early and although the day was not very nice, looking for my daughter from school we went to a small stream located about 20 kilometers from the city to walk and know a beautiful landscape that we had seen of passed when we were in the car.

Once we got there we walked on the river bank to explore the place a bit.

We were about an hour because the day was cool and windy. We walked about 30 minutes along the edge of the stream where we could see that there were small fish.

If the weekend if the weather accompanies we will surely come back with my wife and our daughter to spend a beautiful afternoon.

I hope you enjoyed a day of exercise.

Aquí estoy una vez más compartiendo mi informe a modo de prueba de mi actividad del día de hoy!

El día de hoy salí temprano del trabajo y si bien el día no estuvo muy lindo, al buscar a mi hija del colegio nos dirigimos a un pequeño arroyo ubicado a unos 20 kilómetros de la ciudad a caminar y conocer un lindo paisaje que habíamos visto de pasada cuando ibamos en el auto.

Una vez que llegamos allí caminamos sobre el margen del río para explorar un poco el lugar.

Estuvimos cerca de una hora porque el día estuvo fresco y con mucho viento. Caminamos cerca de 30 minutos por el márgen del arroyo donde podíamos notar que había pequeños peces.

Si el fin de semana si el clima acompaña seguramente vlvamos con mi esposa y nuestra hija para pasar una linda tarde.

Espero que hayan disfrutado de un día de ejercicio.
