Giornata nuvolosa, di mattina mi piace curare il giardino anche se oggi la giornata non è delle più promettenti. Infatti ha cominciato a piovere ed ho dovuto smettere di dedicarmi alla manutenzione. Ho comprato un nuovo bracciale della salute, rigorosamente made in china che ovviamente non è compatibile con l'app actifit. Tuttavia ho deciso di provarlo lo stesso e controllare quante calorie ho bruciato. Molto poche a causa del tempo ahah.
