Careful with it my friend and I will tell you why.
The hernia in my stomach worked towards the other end.
It tore a hole at the bottom lining of my stomach and it grew into my gonads bag.
At first it was a small irritation and I ignored it, but over the years it grew into the size of my fist and I could hardly walk anymore.
The doctor that removed it said that he had never seen a hernia that size before.
He even asked me if he could keep it in a bottle to show his students.
So, please take care of your one and if it really starts to bother you go and see a gastro specialist.

I didn’t know till I got this that there where different types of Hernias I though they were all in the stomach like yours
But apparently they say these higher up hernias can be quite common especially over 50 but many do not even know they have them
If it Gets worse or doesn’t settle down soon I may ask my general DR for a referral and go see a specialist don’t worry 👍
