My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2019

Hello Stemians

I'm Plabon. This is my blog.
I'm publishing my @actifit report today.

I woke up early in the morning. I did brush on my teeth. I drunk 2 glass of water.

I went outside for jogging. I did 25 push up today. I did 10 book down. I came back home by walking.

I ate my breakfast. I was reading newspaper. I watched tv.

In the afternoon, I ate my launch.
In the late afternoon, I like to ride by cycling. I did that.

In the evening, I drunk a cup of tea. After I went for my tuition.

I watched a horror movie at night. I did my dinner. Before dinner, I walked 15 minutes.
