Great stepping 💪 and wonderful report. Ain't it amazing to go on a morning walk/jog🙌. In Kenya we call the motorcycle guys boda boda. Very effective when you want to beat traffic or an area with poor roads😹
My condolences to @emergehealthier in this difficult moment, take heart sister.
